Mr Sanjiv Rangrass is a Mentor, Coach and an Angel Investor. He is a Senior Adviser with Mckinsey. He works as an Independent Director on the board of Zetwerk – a manufacturing Unicorn and a Venture Partner in Capria – a leading venture fund that supports early-stage tech startups. He is also a co-founder of TAC (The Agri Collaboratory) – a “non-compete” not for profit, Agriculture “Think and Do Tank” – helping build Digital Public Infrastructure and Goods for Agriculture in Open Source.
Till June 2022, prior to his superannuation from ITC Limited, Sanjiv Rangrass was ITC’s Group Head for R&D, Sustainability and Projects. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive of the Agribusinesses for ITC Ltd. He joined the Company in 1982 after completing his B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.
Beyond his contributions to ITC, he actively supports the startup community, mentoring budding entrepreneurs and investing in innovative ventures like Zetwerk, Blackbuck, Log9, Vegrow, Capillary Technologies, Orange Health, The Good Health Clinic, FarMart, Smitch, Zesty Kitchen, Absolute, Wastelink, Loopworm, Tractor Junction where he has personally invested as an angel.

Mr. Jasveer Singh is a development expert specializing in promoting industrialization. He has played a key role in formulating industrialization strategies for Indian states like Uttaranchal and various African countries, including Gabon, Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast, and Nigeria. His expertise spans sectoral growth strategies in agro, timber, textiles, and pharma in West Africa and nurturing startups. Throughout his career, he has joined startups and grown alongside them. Embracing this philosophy, he joined ARISE at its inception and has held various leadership roles for over a decade, showcasing his strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
ARISE, now a USD 2.1 billion conglomerate headquartered in Dubai, UAE, operates in over 10 African countries. As Cluster Director at ARISE, Mr. Singh oversees more than USD 1.1 billion in infrastructure and manufacturing investments. He also serves on the board of multiple companies across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, active in sectors such as real estate, petroleum & gas, textiles, infrastructure, food & agriculture, and plantations. A strong advocate for sustainability, he believes that circularity and industrial symbiosis secure investments by creating more resilient and efficient systems.
Mr. Singh is also one of the initial minority equity investors in the Abu Dhabi-based USD 250 million fund EQUITANE, which has invested in several start ups in renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, healthcare, and technology.

Mr. Rakesh Singh with his dual master degree in Agriculture and Business Administration and his dynamic career span of 3 decades worked across globe & served in various countries like – UK, Belgium, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Liberia, Indonesia, Singapore, Srilanka & India. He worked on various leadership positions in Unilever INC UK, Belgium, Cheminova AS Denmark, BOPP and Adapalm (Nig) Ltd, Chi group (Nig), Cotton Development program (Nig) as Executive Director / Director operation / CEO, with expertise in healthy food and agri operations. Throughout his career, Mr Rakesh has built his expertise in Govt Liasioning (Land acquisition for organic agri) in abroad & India and building FMCG brand from scratch to scale.
He is currently mentoring to build FEEDSCO, a superfood venture in India, drawing his extensive experience and expertise in agri and food sector.

With 11 dynamic years of experience both in India and abroad, Mr. Vijendra Kumar holds an MBA in Agribusiness from MANAGE. He has developed expertise in building organizations from the ground up through value-added production and transformations in the agribusiness and food sectors. His skills encompass food product design, food processing, certifications, sales, food regulations, marketing, and exports.
He has held various leadership positions and made significant contributions to companies such as Ruchi Soya, Nourish You, Skylark Group, and ARISE IIP. As a core member, he helped build the Nourish You brand, a pioneer in the superfood industry, from scratch, popularizing it in India and internationally. Additionally, he established the agri-value chain for ARISE IIP in Benin, West Africa.
He is currently dedicated to building FEEDSCO, a superfood venture in India, drawing on his extensive experience and expertise in FMCG sector.

Mr. Manish Jha is a result-oriented, self-driven agriculture professional with a Master’s in Agriculture (JRF in Plant Pathology) and is a University gold medalist. With 11 years of demonstrated experience both in India and abroad, he has built expertise in designing and developing backward integration programs (grow-the-harvest), crop development, sustainability, agri services, agri operations, and procurement. His notable career includes working with India’s largest agribusiness company, ITC Limited, and Africa’s largest industrial ecosystem developer, ARISE IIP.
Mr. Jha is skilled in business planning, business analysis, strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, technological advancements to improve crop productivity, certification programs, and embedding sustainability in agri and food businesses.
He is currently focused on building FEEDSCO, a superfood venture in India, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise.

Mr. Yash Sethia is a dynamic and results-driven professional, and he is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst . With over nine years of diverse experience across India and international markets, he has developed deep expertise in building and optimizing risk and finance functions, treasury operations, and corporate strategy.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sethia has demonstrated a consistent ability to scale operations and enhance financial performance across a range of sectors, including agriculture, infrastructure, banking, and consumer food & beverage. He had also played a pivotal role in launching and growing a premium, health-focused F&B brand, showcasing his entrepreneurial vision and strategic leadership.
His core strengths lie in designing scalable financial infrastructure for greenfield projects, leading successful fundraising initiatives, and establishing robust internal controls, IT systems, and audit frameworks.
Currently, Mr. Yash is channeling his experience into FEEDSCO, a better-for-you snacking venture based in India, where he is focused on creating a high-impact, sustainable brand in the health and wellness space.
General Manager
Sagar Trivedi, with nearly 6 years of experience in marketing, sales, e-commerce, and operations, excels in driving growth and innovation. Holding an MBA in Agribusiness from MANAGE. Sagar is recognized for his data-driven approach and currently building Feedsco Global Private Limited, as Deputy General Manager (DGM) at Feedsco Global Private Limited, promoting superfoods and millet products. Previously, he rebranded Nutreco India and NourishYou by leading major marketing campaigns, enhancing market presence, multi-state sales, various product launches and strengthening e-commerce of the company.

Mr. Nilesh Tandi is a dedicated and accomplished professional with over eight years of experience in rural banking and agricultural finance. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Agri-Business Management (PGDM-ABM) from MANAGE, Hyderabad, and has also completed an Executive Program in Strategic Sales Management from IIM Indore.
Mr. Tandi has built a strong reputation for his leadership in team management, rural outreach, credit risk oversight, and business expansion within reputed financial institutions such as HDFC Bank and Yes Bank. His experience includes launching new business lines, maintaining robust and clean loan portfolios, and streamlining vendor operations. He brings a hands-on approach to developing effective systems and processes that align with the evolving needs of rural banking and agricultural finance.
Currently, Mr. Nilesh Tandi is channeling as the General Manager at the Ahmedabad unit of FEEDSCO, a better-for-you snacking brand. Leveraging his deep experience in rural markets and strategic leadership, he is committed to scaling operations, driving sustainable growth, and contributing to the snacking space through innovative food solutions.
Deputy PCH
Mr.Pranshul Junghare is a consultant, business development leader, and project management professional with over 6 years of experience spanning FMCG, food processing, climate initiatives, agroforestry, renewable energy, AgTech, manufacturing, and CSR domains. He has collaborated with organizations such as Tata Trust, SELCO Foundation, CINI, and ICRISAT, while working closely with state governments and senior authorities to drive impactful, community-based projects.
His expertise includes building strategic partnerships, scaling greenfield initiatives, securing funding, and embedding sustainable practices into business strategies. He has delivered measurable outcomes such as reducing post-harvest losses by 40% and driving 3X growth for startups.
Currently, Mr. Pranshul is contributing his expertise to FEEDSCO, a better-for-you snacking venture in India, where he focuses on building a sustainable, high-impact health and wellness brand.
Deputy PCH
Mr. Mukul Lahase is an agribusiness professional with expertise in procurement, warehousing, and export operations, particularly in commodities like soybeans and raw cashew. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from MANAGE, Hyderabad.
In his career, he has contributed to optimizing commodity flows and streamlining warehouse operations. His strategic inputs include designing sourcing models, implementing quality systems, and introducing digital tools to enhance efficiency and transparency across supply chains.
With a focus on stakeholder collaboration, system adoption, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and excellence, he has consistently driven operational improvements.
Currently, Mr.Mukul channelling with FEEDSCO, where he leverages his expertise to strengthen supply chains and support the mission of delivering sustainable, nutritious, and traditional foods to a wider audience.

Ms. Monika Mishra is a dynamic Human Resources professional with over 10 years of expertise in HR management, employee engagement, and organizational leadership. She has led large teams in challenging environments, especially in the emergency healthcare sector, ensuring workforce efficiency and service excellence.
Her core competencies include talent acquisition, onboarding, policy formulation, performance management, employee relations, and training. She has been instrumental in building cohesive teams, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Currently, Ms. Mishra is serving as HR Manager at FEEDSCO, where she focuses on workforce development, organizational growth, and creating an inclusive and engaged employee environment.
R&D & NPD
Mr. Shubham Rathore is a skilled and innovative professional with over 8 years of experience in bakery production, including a strong seven-year focus on the bakery industry. He has excelled in Research & Development, creating more than 500 unique recipes and successfully transforming them into commercially viable products. His entrepreneurial drive is reflected in his role in establishing bakery production units in Bhopal, showcasing both technical and operational expertise.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), he holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with applied nutrition, enhancing his industry knowledge.
Currently, Mr. Rathore leads R&D and New Product Development (NPD) at FEEDSCO, while also managing FSSAI compliance and supporting production operations with innovative solutions to deliver high-quality, better-for-you snacking products.
Central Procurement
Mr. Rakesh Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of diverse experience in pharmaceuticals, software, and operations management. He has held leadership roles at reputed companies such as Sundyota Numandis Laboratory Pharmaceuticals and TROIKA Pharmaceuticals, where he served as Business Manager, driving growth and operational excellence. His career also includes experience in the software industry, where he managed sales and technical support, showcasing adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Known for his resilience, dedication, and ability to manage complex operations, Mr. Rakesh has developed expertise in technical operations, business management, and process optimization.
Currently, Mr. Rakesh is spearheading operations at FEEDSCO, overseeing procurement and inventory management. By implementing the digital application TRANZACT, he ensures efficiency, transparency, and seamless control across the company’s supply chain.

Mr. Rajesh Yadav is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the bakery industry, backed by a strong understanding of market dynamics and distribution networks. He has worked with reputed brands such as Tanusha and Lala Basniwala as Sales Manager, where he drove business growth and strengthened retail reach. Alongside his corporate career, he is the Founder of Shriji Bakery and has successfully diversified into the transportation sector through Shri Krishna Road Lines, reflecting his entrepreneurial vision.
Renowned for his expertise in sales strategies, distributor management, and consumer insights, he has expanded brand presence across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets in Madhya Pradesh.
Currently, Mr. Yadav leads Classic category sales at FEEDSCO, while also contributing to expansion initiatives under the Micro Unit Model.
