Refund and Returns Policy

  2. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. The product must be securely packaged and sent back to us along with the RA number. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
 

3. Inspection and Approval:

  1. Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  2. If the returned product meets the criteria, we will process the return and initiate the refund or exchange as per your preference.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  2. If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as the returned product has been received and inspected.
  3. Refund amounts will be credited to your original payment method within 8–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  1. In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence to assist in the evaluation.
  2. Ensure to put remarks on the proof of delivery regarding the damage else we will be not able to assist you effectively.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund for the damaged or defective product, including return shipping costs.

6. Cancellation Policy:

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
  2. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
