Shipping Policy

• We deliver products to all regions within the territory of India through logistics service providers.
• The estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Local orders: 2-3 working days
• Outstation orders: 3-7 working days
• Orders delivered to JK, North East India & Kerala: 5-9 working days.
• We ship on all working days, from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive an email with the tracking number and the courier company processing your order.
• Typically, you can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched by the seller/product manufacturer, unless there are issues beyond our reasonable control (such as technical issues with the logistics company, disruptions due to weather conditions, or force majeure events like strikes, lockouts, server disruptions, etc.).
• Shipping charges: Shipping charges may vary and will be visible to the customer on the Site and/or Application before placing an order.
• Our coverage areas are limited to those covered by our channel partner.
